We raise cerified organic, 100% grass-fed beef & pastured pork. We offer a variety of beef & pork packages for delivery to our CSA sites located in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota; Madison, Wisconsin, and our local area (La Crosse, Onalaska, and Viroqua, Wisconsin).

Three deliveries of meat with just one purchase! When you join our meat club you sign up for 3 deliveries of meat in May, November & December. You may choose to receive either 15 or 25 pounds of our fresh frozen meat. Start your meat club deliveries with the next available delivery month. This is a great option for those with smaller freezer storage.
